Before you order.
Will my order arrive before Halloween?
Orders placed by 24 October arrive before the 31st. We dispatch within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Can these live outside?
Yes. Every piece is sealed for outdoor autumn weather. Bring it in for winter storage the way you would with any wood piece.
Is there any assembly?
No. Everything arrives finished and ready to hang or place.
How much is shipping?
Free over 350 RON. Below that it is calculated at checkout from your address.
What if I change my mind?
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund. Keep the box and we cover the return postage.
My piece arrived damaged.
Send us a photo within 48 hours and we replace it immediately. You do not need to send the damaged piece back.
Where is my tracking link?
It is emailed the moment your order leaves us. See Track Order if it has not arrived.
