Shipping

We dispatch within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Shipping is free on orders over 350 RON. Below that, the exact cost is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Standard delivery is 2 to 5 working days. Order by 24 October for guaranteed arrival before Halloween.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, for any reason or none. The piece needs to come back unused and in its original box; keep it and we cover the return shipping.

Refunds land on your original payment method within 5 working days of the return reaching us.

Damaged or faulty

Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it immediately. You do not need to send the damaged piece back.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and we will send a prepaid label the same working day.
